Statistical surveys and analyses
The newsletters contain a so-called “web-beacon”, i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from the “wordpress newsletter plugins” provider server when the newsletter is opened. Within the scope of this retrieval, technical information, such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and time of retrieval are initially collected. This information is used to technically improve the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behaviour based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or access times. The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our endeavour, nor that of any “wordpress newsletter plugins” provider, to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our contents to them or to send different contents according to the interests of our users.

Online access and data management
There are cases, in which we direct the newsletter recipients to the web pages of the “wordpress newsletter plugins” provider. For example, our newsletters contain a link with which the newsletter recipients can call up the newsletters online (e.g. in case of display problems in the e-mail program). Furthermore, newsletter recipients can subsequently correct their data, e.g. the e-mail address. Likewise, the privacy policy of the “wordpress newsletter plugins” provider is only available on their site. In this context we pointed out that cookies are used on the websites of the “wordpress newsletter plugins” provider and thus personal data are processed by “wordpress newsletter plugins” provider, its partners and service providers (e.g. Google Analytics). We have no influence on this data collection. Further information can be found in the privacy policy of every “wordpress newsletter plugins” provider we are using. Cancellation/Revocation
You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. At the same time your consents to its dispatch via every “wordpress newsletter plugins” provider and the statistical analyses expire. A separate cancellation of the dispatch via every “wordpress newsletter plugins” provider or the statistical evaluation is unfortunately not possible. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter.

INTEGRATION OF THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT

It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, survey tools, e.g. from opinion stages, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, is integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third party providers”) perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence on this if the third party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we inform the users about this in the following.

888

Most browsers have an option with which the storage of cookies is restricted or completely prevented. However, this can limit the use and especially the comfort of use without cookies. You can manage many corporate online ad cookies through the US site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-adchoices/

In order to prevent data being transferred to service providers without the user’s knowledge, Današnja Valuta Ltd. uses the so-called Shariff solution. This solution ensures that no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the individual social plug-ins when you visit our websites. Only when you click on one of the buttons of the social plugins can data be transferred to the service provider and saved there.

So that we – in the form of our Današnja Valuta Ltd. – neither morally nor formally legally, let alone monetarily, can be held responsible for your resulting profits and/or losses. Find out more about CFDs, the financial market, the WallStreet, even independently of our information service, from your bank, especially from the bank advisor of your bank. We do not fulfill this function. Inform yourself also about the legal framework of the country in which you are currently reading this website – and/or what nationality you are. Because the use of the information remains and is your own personality responsibility. If D2D Homepage does not meet certain moral, legal, as well as monetary requirements – in the country you currently live in and/or whose citizenship you have – we (Današnja Valuta Ltd.) hereby request you to leave this D2D Homepage immediately.
